- [LT] Citrininis pyragas (lemon cake) - my
go-to lemon cake recipe, made it 1000 times. Slightly on the drier side, that's why soaking it with lemon juice
afterwards is very important. Perfect for loaf pans and cupcakes
- Orange cookies with Ermine frosting - very yummy, crumbly cookies with a pleasant orange flavor.
The frosting really is the star of the show, paired with the orange peel in the cookies, the buttery flavours just melt in your mouth.
- "Panna cotta" with kefir (LT) - soooo cheap, easy, light and refreshing!!!
And easily customizable for everyone's preference :)
